TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mayeutik. By purchasing access or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
THE AGREEMENT
1.1 What You're Agreeing To
When you purchase Mayeutik or create an account, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Mayeutik (operated by [Your Legal Name], doing business as Mayeutik). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the platform.
1.2 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Mayeutik after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
YOUR ACCOUNT
2.1 One Account, One Person
Each Mayeutik account is for one individual only. Your purchase grants access to you personally and cannot be shared with others including team members, friends, or clients. Account access cannot be transferred or sold to another person, nor can it be used to create a secondary account.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hey@mayeutik.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2.3 Login Controls
We enforce single-session logins to prevent account sharing. If we detect simultaneous access from multiple locations or devices, we may temporarily restrict your account and contact you to verify legitimate use.
WHAT YOU GET (LICENSE & ACCESS)
3.1 Lifetime Access
One payment gives you permanent access to Mayeutik, including all current content consisting of 300+ companies, monthly data updates covering revenue estimates, trends, and competitive analysis, new companies added to the database, platform improvements and new features, and all future updates at no additional cost.
3.2 Access Limits
You can browse the full directory of 300+ companies at any time. Detailed analysis pages covering revenue, trends, competition, and prompts are limited to 50 companies per month. This limit resets on the first day of each calendar month.
3.3 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the platform's content, use the data and AI prompts for your personal business purposes, and learn from the analysis to build your own products.
3.4 Prohibited Uses
You may not scrape, copy, or automate extraction of platform data. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish Mayeutik's content. You may not create a competing database or directory using our data. You may not share your account credentials or access with others. You may not use the platform to replicate products exactly, but rather to build your own unique version. You may not circumvent access limits or security measures. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
4.1 One-Time Payment
Mayeutik operates on a one-time payment model. Current pricing is $29.99, which represents a 57% discount from the standard price of $69.99. Pricing may change for new customers, but your access remains permanent once purchased.
4.2 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. When you purchase Mayeutik, you receive immediate access to the complete database. As a digital product with instant delivery, all sales are final. This policy is similar to purchasing an ebook, online course, or downloadable software.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Polar. By purchasing Mayeutik, you also agree to Polar's terms of service and privacy policy.
SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
5.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to adjust the 50 companies per month access limit, add or remove companies from the database, modify features, design, or functionality, and update data sources or analysis methodology.
5.2 Lifetime Access Guarantee
If we ever discontinue Mayeutik, we will provide 90 days advance notice, make the entire database available for download, and maintain an access channel for all paying customers. You will always have access to what you paid for, even if the platform shuts down.
TERMINATION
6.1 Grounds for Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you share your account with others, attempt to scrape or automate data extraction, resell or redistribute our content, create a competing database using our data, or violate any provision of these Terms.
6.2 Warning Process
For most violations, we will issue one warning before termination. We will contact you at your account email to explain the issue and give you 7 days to correct it. For severe violations including scraping or mass redistribution, we may terminate access immediately without warning.
6.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to Mayeutik ends immediately. You must delete any downloaded or saved content. No refund will be issued. Sections of these Terms that should survive termination, including provisions regarding prohibited uses and disclaimers, remain in effect.
CONTENT & DATA
7.1 Our Content
All content on Mayeutik, including company analyses, revenue estimates, prompts, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by Mayeutik and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Data Sources
We compile data from publicly available sources including company websites, founder interviews, public revenue disclosures, Google Trends, and market analysis tools. We aggregate and organize information already accessible through independent research.
7.3 User Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas through the platform, we can use them freely to improve Mayeutik without compensation or attribution to you.
DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
8.1 No Guarantees of Accuracy
Revenue estimates, market trends, and competitive analysis are provided for informational purposes only. While we update data monthly and work to ensure accuracy, estimates may not reflect actual company performance, market conditions change constantly, and data sources may contain errors or become outdated.
8.2 No Business Advice
Mayeutik provides market research and data, not business, legal, or financial advice. We do not recommend specific companies to build or guarantee business success. All business decisions are your sole responsibility.
8.3 AI Prompts
AI prompts are starting points for development, not complete solutions. Results depend on your technical skills and effort, the AI tools you use, your ability to iterate and customize, and market conditions and execution.
8.4 No Warranty
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.5 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO MAYEUTIK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUSINESS LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR FAILED VENTURES. YOU USE MAYEUTIK'S DATA AT YOUR OWN RISK.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate account information, comply with all applicable laws, use the platform ethically and legally, build your own unique products rather than exact copies, respect intellectual property rights of the companies analyzed, and take responsibility for your business decisions.
AGE & ELIGIBILITY
There is no minimum age requirement to use Mayeutik. The platform contains business data and analysis suitable for all ages. However, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mayeutik will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
11.3 Informal Resolution First
Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at hey@mayeutik.com to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be addressed through direct conversation.
MISCELLANEOUS
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mayeutik regarding your use of the platform.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
12.4 Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms to any other person or entity. We may transfer our rights and obligations to any successor or affiliate without restriction.
12.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
